Description

This 4-Way Dip brings exceptional flavor and simple preparation. Combining biscuit dough with creamy cheeses, chicken, and a medley of toppings, it’s ideal for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 (16.3-oz.) tubes biscuit dough
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. finely grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/4 c. buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp. ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar, divided
  • 3/4 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
  • 1/2 c. chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. shredded gruyère
  • 1/4 c. shredded monterey jack
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. finely grated parmesan
  • pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 c. finely grated parmesan
  • 1/4 c. ricotta
  • 1 tsp. italian seasoning, divided
  • 1/2 c. pizza sauce
  • 1/4 c. mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded, finely chopped
  • blue cheese crumbles, finely sliced chives, finely chopped fresh parsley, and torn fresh basil, for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Cut each biscuit into four pieces, forming balls by pinching the edges. Arrange the biscuits in quadrants on the prepared sheet.
  • Brush the biscuits with melted butter and garnish them with parmesan and garlic powder.
  • In a bowl, blend the cream cheese and mozzarella with a hand mixer until well combined.

Notes

To enhance flavor, use fresh herbs for topping.
Feel free to modify toppings according to preferences or available ingredients.
For a spicier version, add more buffalo sauce.
