- 4 chicken breasts – equal in size
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried thyme – or italian seasoning
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, dried thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Dry the chicken breasts with paper towels to help the seasoning stick better. Brush the spice mixture onto both sides of the chicken.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375℉ for 5 minutes. Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest on a cutting board or plate before slicing. This ensures the chicken remains tender and juicy! Slice and serve.
