These Baileys Chocolate Truffles are an irresistible no-bake treat made with creamy Baileys Irish Cream, cocoa, and crumbly biscuits. Perfect for gatherings or a sweet indulgence at home!

- 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
- 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
- ⅓ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
- ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits in a large ziploc bag with a rolling pin or blend them in a food processor until they become crumbs.
- Transfer the biscuit crumbs to a mixing bowl.
- In the bowl, combine the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys liqueur with the crumbs.
- Mix everything thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After chilling, form the mixture into balls the size of glass marbles.
- Roll each ball in coconut or chocolate sprinkles, then place them in paper cases.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.

Use any type of biscuit according to your preference.
