Description

These Baked Reuben Sliders with Thousand Island Glaze are packed with flavor and perfect for gatherings. With corned beef, Swiss cheese, and a buttery topping, they make for an easy and satisfying meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 hawaiian-style sweet rolls cut in half to make tops and bottoms
  • ½ cup thousand island dressing
  • ½ pound corned beef sliced thin
  • 1 pound sauerkraut drained
  • ¼ pound swiss cheese sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom of a 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish with butter.
  • Arrange the bottom halves of the rolls in the baking dish.
  • Spread 1/4 cup of Thousand Island dressing evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  • Layer the corned beef slices across all the rolls. Top with sauerkraut and then Swiss cheese slices.
  • Spread the remaining Thousand Island dressing on the inside of the top halves of the rolls and place them on top of the cheese.
  • Using a pastry brush, apply melted butter on the tops of the rolls.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and cut each slider apart. Serve warm on a plate.

Notes

Feel free to customize the sliders by adding more cheese or different toppings if desired.
These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking for an easy meal later.
