This Best Cafe Style Korean Strawberry Milk is a refreshing treat featuring fine strawberries and creamy non-dairy milk. Perfect for cooling off on warm days!
Ingredients

- 1 pound strawberries, finely diced (2 ¾ cups) – divided into 2 cups and ¾ cup
- ¼ cup cane/brown sugar
- squeeze of lemon juice
- 2–3 cups unsweetened non dairy milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the ¾ cup of diced strawberries with 1 tbsp of sugar and stir to macerate. Let sit aside.
- In a pan, mix the 2 cups of diced strawberries with 3 tbsp sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes until syrupy, stirring frequently.
- Allow the syrup to cool in the fridge until cold.
- To serve, fill a glass with 2-3 tbsp of syrup, ¾ cup of non-dairy milk, and ice. Top with 1 tbsp of macerated strawberries. Stir to mix well. Adjust sweetness as desired with more syrup or strawberries.
Notes
Macerating the strawberries enhances their flavor and sweetness.
Adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste preference.
Store any remaining syrup and macerated strawberries in the fridge for future use.
