Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package brownie mix
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- strawberries and mixed berries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a small pizza pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water until just combined; avoid over-mixing.
- Pour the brownie batter into the pizza pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean; check early to prevent over-baking. Allow the brownie to cool completely after removing from the oven.

- Once the brownie base is completely cool, spread the frosting evenly over it.
- Slice the strawberries and arrange them along with other berries on top in your desired pattern. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Notes
Make sure the brownie base is completely cool before adding the frosting to prevent melting.
You can customize the toppings with your favorite fruits or chocolate chips.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
