Description

These adorable charcuterie cups combine sharp cheddar, pepper jack, and a mix of fresh fruits for a delightful snack or quick meal. Perfect for gatherings, they bring color and taste to your table, ensuring everyone enjoys an easy, flavorful dish.


Ingredients

  • 12 plastic cups
  • 24 6-inch bamboo toothpicks
  • 12 cubes sharp cheddar cheese, 3/4" (about 8 ounces)
  • 12 cubes pepper jack cheese, 3/4" (about 8 ounces)
  • 24 slices salami
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 12 whole strawberries
  • 12 whole blackberries
  • 36 whole blueberries
  • 12 macarons, (or another cookie)
  • 24 chocolate covered pretzels, (or plain pretzels)
  • 12 crackers

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients, cutting cheese cubes and slicing meats as necessary. Gather 12 cups and 24 toothpicks.
  2. On 12 toothpicks, skewer 1 strawberry, 1 blackberry, and 2-3 blueberries. For the other 12 toothpicks, skewer 1 cube each of cheddar and pepper jack cheese, 2 slices of salami, and 2 slices of pepperoni.
  3. In each cup, place 1 fruit skewer, 1 meat and cheese skewer, 1 cracker, 2 chocolate pretzels, and 1 macaron.
  4. Serve right away and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to substitute the fruits with others available to you.
Add different types of cheeses or cured meats for variety.
These cups can be prepared ahead of time but are best served immediately for freshness.
