- 1 tsp baking soda

- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup mint oreo cookies, chopped
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup mint chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter with the sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gradually incorporate half of the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then add the remaining dry ingredients until well blended.
- Fold in the Mint Oreos, milk chocolate chips, and mint chips into the cookie dough.
- Scoop out 2 tablespoon-sized balls of dough and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet with space between each cookie.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until set.
Notes
For a softer cookie, underbake slightly and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring.
Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
