Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup maple syrup, or other sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  2. Transfer the mixture to a large container, cover it, and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours, ideally overnight.
  3. Strain the mixture into a pitcher using a nut-milk bag.
  4. Incorporate the milk, vanilla, and maple syrup into the strained liquid, adjusting sweetness as desired.
  5. Serve over ice, garnishing with ground cinnamon or cinnamon sticks.
