- 4 cabbage steaks
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic

- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and slice the cabbage in half vertically. Cut approximately 1-inch thick steaks from half of the cabbage, cutting through the stem.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Brush the mixture generously on both sides of each cabbage steak.
- On the lined baking sheet, create piles of remaining Parmesan, about 1/3 cup for each steak.
- Place each cabbage steak on top of its cheese pile.
- Roast the steaks for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is perfectly browned and crisp.
- Before serving, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
