Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups corned beef, chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cream cheese in a 3-quart crock pot and mix with a spatula.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and mix well, leaving some larger pieces of cream cheese.
  3. Cook on LOW for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring every 20-30 minutes, until the dip is hot and creamy.
  4. Serve with your favorite dippers and keep the slow cooker on warm.

Notes

For best results, use softened cream cheese to ensure smooth mixing.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even heating.
Pair with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping.
