This Easy Asian Slaw is a delightful mix of crunchy coleslaw and vibrant green onions, all tossed in a flavorful dressing. It’s perfect for a quick dinner or a fresh side dish, designed to tantalize your taste buds while keeping the prep hassle-free!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 to 8 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic (finely minced, optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds. Toss thoroughly to coat all ingredients evenly.
  3. If you have time, refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld before serving.
  4. Garnish with additional sesame seeds and green onions before serving if desired.

Notes

For extra crunch, you can add shredded carrots or chopped nuts.
Feel free to adjust the dressing components to suit your taste.
This slaw pairs wonderfully with grilled meats or as a topping for tacos.
