Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Yogurt for topping
  • Berries for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F for the oven method.
  2. Grease a small baking dish. Mix all ingredients together with a whisk.
  3. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the edges are golden.
  4. For the microwave method, grease a large microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Add all ingredients and whisk together.
  6. Microwave on high for 2–3 minutes, checking at the 2-minute mark until set.
  7. Top with yogurt and berries, and enjoy!

Notes

You can use almond milk or any milk of your choice.
