Ingredients

- juice from one lime (plus one slice for garnish)
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 6 ounces tonic water
- 2–3 slices of jalapeno
- a dash of sea salt flakes
- 3/4 to 1 cup ice
Instructions
- In a 14-ounce glass, add honey and pour in 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water; stir until the honey is dissolved.
- Squeeze lime juice into the glass and mix well.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and add 6 ounces of tonic water.
- Add 2 to 3 slices of jalapeno and give the mixture a gentle stir.
- Top with a sprinkle of sea salt flakes and garnish with a lime slice.
Notes
Adjust the amount of jalapeno based on your spice preference.
Feel free to substitute the tonic water with soda water for a lighter drink.
