Description

Enjoy the delightful Leprechaun Pistachio Fudge made with just three ingredients! This no-bake treat combines the creamy flavors of white chocolate, rich Irish cream, and crunchy pistachios, making it a quick and delicious dessert perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups white chocolate chips (2224 ounces)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup irish cream
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch × 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or tin foil, letting the liner hang over the sides for easy removal later.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the condensed milk for 1 minute.
  • In a large glass bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and pour the warm condensed milk over them. Let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes, then stir until the chocolate is fully melted. If necessary, microwave for an additional 15 seconds and stir again.
  • Add the Irish cream to the mixture and stir until evenly combined. This may take a couple of minutes. Fold in 3/4 of the chopped pistachios and mix well.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining pistachios on top and gently press them into the fudge.
  • Refrigerate the fudge for 3 to 4 hours until firm. Once set, remove it from the dish, peel off the foil or parchment, and cut into 25 even pieces. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.

Notes

For easy removal, line the baking dish with parchment paper or foil.
Ensure the fudge is fully chilled before cutting for cleaner pieces.
Store leftovers in the fridge to maintain freshness.
