  • 0.5 tsp cajun seasoning low-sodium blend recommended
  • 2 wedges lemon warm before squeezing for maximum yield
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped finely for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell lengthwise with kitchen shears, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat upward and rest it on the split shell. Dry with paper towels.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Once foaming, whisk in garlic powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
  • Sear the lobster tails flesh-side down in the skillet for 2 minutes, spooning the butter over them as they cook.
