- 1 (18.71 ounce) package mint oreos about 36 cookies
- 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened
- 1 pound almond bark
- 1/3 cup green candy melts optional
Instructions
- Pulse the Mint Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs are formed.
- In a large bowl, blend the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese using a hand mixer until smooth and well combined.
- Scoop out 1-tablespoon portions of the mixture and roll into balls. Place these on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the almond bark according to the package instructions until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted almond bark, shaking off any excess coating, and place back on the lined baking sheet.
- If using, melt the green candy melts and drizzle over the coated truffles.
- Allow the coating to fully set before serving or storing.
Notes
For a more colorful presentation, consider using colored candy melts as a drizzle.
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
These truffles can also be frozen for longer storage.
