Description

These Mint Oreo Truffles are a delightful treat with their creamy inside and rich chocolate coating. Made with just a few simple ingredients, they offer an irresistible flavor that will satisfy any sweet tooth. Perfect for parties or as a homemade gift!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (18.71 ounce) package mint oreos about 36 cookies
  • 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened
  • 1 pound almond bark
  • 1/3 cup green candy melts optional

Instructions

  1. Pulse the Mint Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs are formed.
  2. In a large bowl, blend the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese using a hand mixer until smooth and well combined.
  3. Scoop out 1-tablespoon portions of the mixture and roll into balls. Place these on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the almond bark according to the package instructions until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted almond bark, shaking off any excess coating, and place back on the lined baking sheet.
  7. If using, melt the green candy melts and drizzle over the coated truffles.
  8. Allow the coating to fully set before serving or storing.

Notes

For a more colorful presentation, consider using colored candy melts as a drizzle.
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
These truffles can also be frozen for longer storage.
