Description

These Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bites are a delightful snack with a perfect balance of creamy peanut butter and sweet yogurt, making them a fantastic treat for any occasion. Easy to prepare and great for adding a healthy touch to your dessert routine!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Skyr yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup, mixing until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan, and sprinkle mini chocolate chips and flaky salt on top.
  3. Place the pan in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3 hours.
  4. Once frozen, take it out and slice into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of mini chocolate chips.
These bites can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks for a quick snack.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
