Instructions
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup, mixing until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan, and sprinkle mini chocolate chips and flaky salt on top.
- Place the pan in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Once frozen, take it out and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of mini chocolate chips.
These bites can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks for a quick snack.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
