- ice
- 2 ounces rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice

- ¾ ounce lime juice
- club soda
Instructions
- Place mint leaves and brown sugar in a cocktail shaker and muddle to release the mint oils.
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice and add rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and lime juice.
- Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds until chilled and mixed.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- Top with club soda, garnish as desired, and serve immediately.
