Description

This Sheet-Pan Sausage, Cabbage & Potatoes is a quick and satisfying dinner option. Packed with flavor and easy to prep, it’s perfect for any night of the week!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch coins
  • 1 pound red potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 head small green cabbage, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasonings

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Line a large rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil. Spread the sausage coins, potatoes, bell peppers, and cabbage evenly over the foil.
  • Drizzle the sausage and vegetables with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings, then toss gently to combine.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are fork-tender and the ingredients are golden brown. Serve immediately.
