Description
These Sheet Pan Tacos offer irresistible flavor and easy preparation, featuring ground beef, cheese, and crispy tortillas—perfect for a quick dinner!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 lb lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 10 flour tortillas (taco sized)
- 8 oz shredded cheese (I use sharp cheddar)
- olive oil spray (or avocado oil spray)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cover a large sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly mist with a little oil.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion, using a wooden spoon to crumble the meat until no longer pink. Drain any excess grease if necessary. Add the taco seasoning and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Fill each tortilla with about 4 tablespoons of the taco meat, adding some cheese before folding them in half and placing them on the prepared sheet pan. Repeat until all tortillas are filled and mist lightly with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping the tacos halfway through and misting them again for crispiness. Serve right away with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chopped bell peppers or jalapeños to the meat mixture.
Feel free to swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken, if desired.
Experiment with different types of cheese to personalize your tacos!
