- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
- ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
- ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola
Instructions
- If you prefer sweetness, mix the honey or maple syrup with the greek yogurt in a small bowl until well combined.
- Layer your parfait by placing half of the yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or bowl, followed by half of the fruit and half of the granola.
- Repeat the layers by adding the remaining yogurt, then the rest of the fruit and granola on top.
- Optionally, finish with an extra drizzle of honey if desired. Serve immediately.

Feel free to substitute any seasonal fruits for variety.
For added flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or chia seeds.
