Description

These Simple Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits with Granola are not only easy to prepare but also bursting with flavor. With creamy greek yogurt, fresh fruits, and crunchy granola, they make a perfect healthy breakfast or snack option for anyone looking for a delightful homemade treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
  • ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola

Instructions

  • If you prefer sweetness, mix the honey or maple syrup with the greek yogurt in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Layer your parfait by placing half of the yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or bowl, followed by half of the fruit and half of the granola.
  • Repeat the layers by adding the remaining yogurt, then the rest of the fruit and granola on top.
  • Optionally, finish with an extra drizzle of honey if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to substitute any seasonal fruits for variety.
For added flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or chia seeds.
