- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened (two 8-oz. pkgs.)
- 1 lb deli sliced corned beef or pastrami, roughly chopped
- 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¾ cup thousand island dressing
- rye bread
- rye chips and crackers
- French bread
- veggies
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until they are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 4 quart or larger slow cooker bowl.
- Set the slow cooker to LOW heat and cook for 2 hours or until the cheese has melted and the dip is hot and bubbling.
- Garnish with sliced green onion or parsley, if desired, and serve with rye chips, crackers, or bread.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of sauerkraut to taste.
