- 4 eggs hard or soft boiled
- 8 slices candied bacon
- 8 mini belgian waffles i bought pre-made
- 2 belgian waffles i bought pre-made
- 4 slices raisin bread
- 2 mini raisin bagels
- 2 potato pancakes i bought pre-made
- ¼ lb smoked black forest sausage
- 1 oz smoked salmon
- ⅓ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup vanilla yogurt
- 8 strawberries
- ½ pt raspberries
- 2 apples
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1 oz cheddar cheese sliced
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 tablespoon honey for drizzling garnish
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill for garnish
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Boil the eggs and cook the bacon in advance, then peel the eggs and set aside.
- To prepare candied bacon, arrange the bacon on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle brown sugar, chili powder, a touch of cinnamon, and crushed red pepper flakes over the bacon.
- Bake the bacon for 15 minutes or until it reaches your desired crispiness.
Notes
Feel free to mix and match fruits based on seasonal availability.
You can prepare the board ahead of time and just add the garnishes before serving.
