- 8 soft pretzels
- 1 cup pub cheese
- 8 oz dubliner irish cheddar cheese
- 5 oz boursin garlic and herb
- 6 oz dill havarti
- 1 cup hummus
- 2 tbsp irish mustard
- 2 tbsp grainy dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp spicy horseradish
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 box assorted crackers
- 1 cup cornichon pickles
Instructions
- Heat the soft pretzels according to the packaging instructions.
- Arrange the heated pretzels in the center of the board and surround them with dips and various cheeses.
- Fill the sides of the board with green veggies, crackers, pickles, and grapes.
Notes
Feel free to substitute any of the cheeses based on your preference.
Add more fruits like apple slices for extra sweetness.
