Description

This Strawberries and Cream Martini combines the sweetness of fresh strawberries with the richness of whipped cream vodka and Baileys, making it the perfect treat for any gathering or celebration. Easy to prepare and irresistibly delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh, tops removed and chopped
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ice
  • 8 oz whipped cream vodka divided
  • 4 oz baileys irish cream divided
  • strawberry puree divided
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon grenadine optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the strawberry puree by blending strawberries and sugar in a food processor.
  • Strain the puree using a fine strainer to eliminate seeds.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice; add half of the whipped cream vodka, Baileys Irish cream, and strawberry puree. Shake until chilled.
  • Taste and add grenadine or simple syrup to enhance sweetness if desired.
  • Strain the mixture into two martini glasses and repeat for the remaining batch.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor and sweetness.
Adjust the sweetness of the mixture by modifying the amount of grenadine or simple syrup.
Feel free to garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim of the martini glass.
