Description

These Sweet Potato Tots are a delightful blend of flavor and simplicity. With fresh sweet potatoes, a sprinkle of spices, and a quick bake, they’re the ideal comfort food for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 lb peeled sweet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • flaky sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Fill a large pot with about 4 cups of water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add the peeled sweet potatoes carefully and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until they're about two-thirds cooked.
  • Remove the sweet potatoes from the pot and allow them to cool slightly before grating them into a large bowl.

Notes

For a crispier texture, ensure the sweet potatoes are grated evenly.
Feel free to adjust the spices according to your taste.
