- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- flaky sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Fill a large pot with about 4 cups of water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the peeled sweet potatoes carefully and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until they're about two-thirds cooked.
- Remove the sweet potatoes from the pot and allow them to cool slightly before grating them into a large bowl.

For a crispier texture, ensure the sweet potatoes are grated evenly.
