Description

This Vegan Veggie Dip is a delicious blend of creamy mayo, garlic, and fresh herbs. Simple to prepare, it’s perfect for parties or a healthy snack option.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups vegan mayo
  • 2 tsp dill weed
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients including vegan mayo, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, parsley, lemon juice, and water.
  • Mix everything together by hand until all the ingredients are well combined and have a smooth consistency.

Notes

For a spicier version, consider adding cayenne pepper to taste.
This dip pairs well with fresh veggies, chips, or crackers.
