- 2 cups Apples, Diced
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Celery (Diced)
- 1 cup Grapes (Halved)
- 1/2 cup Pecan Halves (Roughly Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (Whipped)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples with sugar and lemon juice and toss well.
- Add diced celery, halved grapes, and roughly chopped pecan halves to the apple mixture.
- In another large bowl, whip the whipping cream until peaks form, then fold in the mayonnaise gently.
- Incorporate the apple mixture into the whipped cream and mayonnaise, then season with salt. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider adding chopped walnuts or almonds.
You can substitute Greek yogurt for a lighter dressing option.
