Description

This White Chocolate Raspberry Mousse is an exquisite treat featuring a blend of creamy white chocolate, tart raspberries, and fluffy whipped cream. Perfect for a quick dessert or an elegant dinner party, it is both simple to create and a sure hit at any gathering. Enjoy its rich texture and delightful raspberry flavor!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) whipping cream or heavy cream
  • 4 ounces (112 grams) full-fat cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup (56 grams) white chocolate chopped and melted
  • 1/2 cup (120 grams) plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (60 grams) fresh or frozen raspberries mashed with a fork
  • fresh raspberries for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, taking care not to overmix.
  • In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and melted white chocolate with the same beaters until smooth. Then add the Greek yogurt and mix until combined. Stir in the mashed raspberries.
  • Gently fold in most of the whipped cream, reserving a tablespoon for garnish. Keep the mixture light and airy.
  • Transfer the mousse into two serving glasses, or chill until serving time (up to eight hours). It starts thick and creamy and becomes softer after chilling.
  • Garnish with the reserved whipped cream and fresh raspberries, if desired.

Notes

Ensure the cream is whipped to stiff peaks to maintain the mousse’s light texture.
For a sweeter mousse, adjust the amount of white chocolate to taste.
Chill the mousse for the best flavor and texture before serving.
