Description

These Air Fryer Apple Cider Donuts offer irresistible flavor with minimal prep. Made from apple cider and flaky biscuits, they’re a delightful treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 16.3 ounce can flaky biscuits
  • 1 cup apple cider

Instructions

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper or set out a wire rack for the finished donuts.
  2. Whisk together the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl and set aside.
  3. Simmer the apple cider in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until it reduces slightly, then set aside.
  4. Separate the biscuit dough and punch out the centers with a small round object to form donuts.
  5. Line the air fryer basket with a parchment round or spray with oil.
  6. Air fry four donuts at a time in a single layer at 350°F for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
  7. Transfer the hot donuts to the prepared tray or wire rack and repeat with the remaining dough.
  8. Brush both sides of each warm donut with reduced apple cider and toss in the cinnamon sugar mix to coat thoroughly.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure the donuts are not touching in the air fryer for even cooking.
Use a small round object to create perfect donut holes.
These donuts taste best when served warm.
