Description

This Apple Toffee Dip features a delightful blend of cream cheese, brown sugar, and chocolate chips. It’s incredibly easy to whip up and perfect for gatherings, offering a sweet, creamy experience when paired with fresh apple slices.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup heath english toffee bits
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • apples, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the Heath bits and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  3. If desired, sprinkle additional toffee bits and mini chocolate chips on top for garnish.
  4. Serve the dip with sliced apples on the side.

Notes

For a creamier dip, let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for about 20 minutes before mixing.
Feel free to add more toppings like crushed nuts or caramel for added flavor.
This dip can be prepared a few hours in advance; just cover and refrigerate until serving.
