- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
- Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces. Season the chicken with sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sriracha, ensuring an even coating.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil; once hot, place the chicken bites in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip, and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and toss the chicken with the bang bang sauce. Serve with rice or shredded cabbage.
Notes
For extra crunch, you can lightly bread the chicken before frying.
Feel free to adjust the amount of sriracha to suit your spice preference.
