Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless, skinless
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup italian dressing
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, apple cider vinegar, and pressed garlic to create the marinade.
- Use a fork to poke holes in the chicken all over. Place the chicken in a dish or zip-top bag and cover with the marinade. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush with oil to prevent the chicken from sticking.
- Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 165˚F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious BBQ chicken!
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight if time allows.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked through without drying it out.
Experiment with your favorite BBQ sauce for varied taste.
