Description

This BBQ Chicken Marinade is all about bold flavors and easy preparation. With tender chicken breasts soaking in a savory blend of BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, and garlic, you’ll have a delicious meal ready for a quick dinner or weekend barbecue.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, apple cider vinegar, and pressed garlic to create the marinade.
  2. Use a fork to poke holes in the chicken all over. Place the chicken in a dish or zip-top bag and cover with the marinade. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush with oil to prevent the chicken from sticking.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 165˚F.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious BBQ chicken!

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight if time allows.
