Description

This Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla offers a delightful combination of creamy cinnamon cream cheese and fresh blueberries, all wrapped in a warm tortilla. Perfect for a quick and tasty breakfast, it brings irresistible flavors to your morning routine with minimal prep and cooking time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 burrito size flour tortilla
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened
  • cinnamon & sugar, optional

Instructions

  1. Spread cinnamon cream cheese evenly on one side of the flour tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle fresh blueberries over half of the tortilla, then fold the other half over and press it down gently.
  3. Butter one side of the quesadilla with 1/2 tbsp of softened butter. Flip it over and spread the remaining butter on the other side. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill each side of the quesadilla until golden brown.

Notes

For a sweeter taste, add more cinnamon and sugar according to your preference.
You can use any type of berries you love, such as strawberries or raspberries, instead of blueberries.
Make sure the skillet is hot enough to achieve a golden brown texture.
