Description

These Blueberry Mojitos are refreshing and bursting with flavor. Made with fresh blueberries, mint leaves, and white rum, this easy drink is perfect for warm days and gatherings. A delightful way to enjoy a homemade cocktail!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 blueberries
  • ½ lime cut into 2 wedges
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • fluid ounces white rum
  • ½ fluid ounce simple syrup
  • large handful fresh ice or crushed ice
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda to taste
  • 3 blueberries for garnish, optional
  • 3 fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, muddle the blueberries, lime wedges, and mint leaves until the blueberries are broken down, the lime juice is released, and the mint is bruised.
  2. Pour in the white rum and simple syrup, then add soda to taste and stir gently.
  3. Fill the glass with fresh or crushed ice, then add more club soda if desired. Garnish with additional blueberries and mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of simple syrup.
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the rum with extra club soda.
Serve immediately for the best flavor.
