Description

This Boat Dip is a flavorful and simple dish perfect for gatherings. Packed with sour cream, cheese, and zesty seasonings, it’s a delightful choice for snacks or appetizers!


Ingredients

  • 24 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 10 oz can Rotel with chiles, drained
  • Optional: Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream with taco seasoning and ranch seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Mix in shredded cheese and the drained Rotel along with a pinch of salt.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour if desired before serving with chips or veggies.

Notes

You can substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
This dip is best served chilled, but it can be enjoyed immediately.
