These Caramel Rice Krispie Treats are a delightful mix of gooey caramel and crispy rice cereal, creating a sweet treat that’s easy to prepare and perfect for sharing with friends and family.

- 1 (11 oz) bag Kraft Caramels, Unwrapped
- 1 cup Butter
- 7 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Unwrap caramels and set aside 10 pieces.
- Melt the remaining caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat and remove from the heat once melted.
- Stir in the melted caramel and 5 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows until almost combined.
- Mix in Rice Krispies and fold in remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows until well combined.
- Gently press this mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Melt the remaining 10 caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted caramels all over the top of the treats.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
Notes
Use different flavored marshmallows for a unique twist.
Make sure to use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
