- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
- Roll out two thawed sheets of puff pastry on a floured surface, smoothing the creases and gently rolling it out.
- Spread half of the melted butter on each sheet, then sprinkle half of the garlic salt, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese equally on top.
- Cut the pastry into 3/4" wide strips using a pizza cutter. Twist each strip and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg and water together. Brush the mixture over the twisted pastry strips.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until puffed and lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm or at room temperature.
