These Cheeseburger Sliders offer a delightful combination of savory ground beef, creamy cheddar, and tasty toppings, making them perfect for parties or a quick meal.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 large yellow onion, diced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 hawaiian rolls
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease and return meat to the pan.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and diced onion. Cook until the onion becomes soft.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and lay the bottom halves in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
- Place cheddar cheese slices on top of the beef.
- Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the tops of the rolls.
- Bake sliders at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are toasted.
- Mix melted butter with everything bagel seasoning and brush over the tops of the warm rolls.
Notes
Feel free to add pickles or other toppings to customize your sliders.
These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked before serving.
For extra flavor, try using a mix of your favorite cheeses.
