- ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (120 g) sour cream, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and ⅓ cup granulated sugar in a medium bowl until mixed well.
- Drizzle melted butter over the crumb mixture and stir with a fork until evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture tightly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate, using a measuring cup to help pack it in.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then take it out of the oven to cool while you prepare the filling.
