Description

This Chicken Spaghetti is packed with irresistible flavor and comes together quickly with simple ingredients like chicken, spaghetti, and cheese. Perfect for a cozy dinner!


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9 by 13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add uncooked spaghetti and salt, cooking for one minute less than the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the pot used for cooking spaghetti, mix together 2 cups of cheese, cream cheese, mushroom soup, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir in cooked chicken and spaghetti.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using seasoned chicken.
Feel free to substitute cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken if preferred.
This dish can be prepared in advance and baked later.
