Description

This Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler offers a mouthwatering blend of sweet peaches and soft cinnamon rolls. With simple ingredients and steps, it’s an easy dessert that makes any occasion special. Perfect for serving friends or enjoying a comforting treat at home.


Ingredients

  • 5 peaches (pitted, peeled & sliced)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 package pillsbury cinnamon roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9-inch square pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. Pit, peel, and slice the peaches, then place them in a medium-sized saucepan.
  3. Add water, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the peaches. Stir occasionally over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes to combine.
  4. Transfer the peach mixture into the baking dish.
  5. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and sprinkle the pieces evenly over the peaches.
  6. Cover the baking dish with a piece of foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
  8. Once done, drizzle the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls over the cobbler.

Notes

Substitute other fruits like apples or berries for a different flavor.
Try adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for an extra treat.
Make sure to drizzle the icing right after baking for the best flavor.
