- 5 peaches (pitted, peeled & sliced)
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 package pillsbury cinnamon roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9-inch square pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- Pit, peel, and slice the peaches, then place them in a medium-sized saucepan.
- Add water, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the peaches. Stir occasionally over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes to combine.
- Transfer the peach mixture into the baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and sprinkle the pieces evenly over the peaches.
- Cover the baking dish with a piece of foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
- Once done, drizzle the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls over the cobbler.
Notes
Substitute other fruits like apples or berries for a different flavor.
Try adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for an extra treat.
