Instructions
- Blend 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy for about 1 minute.
- For the strawberry flavor, add 3 cups frozen strawberries, 3 tablespoons honey, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Blend until creamy for 3 to 4 minutes.
- For the banana flavor, add 3 cups frozen banana slices, 3 tablespoons honey, and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Blend until creamy for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Before scooping, let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes.
