Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour or 1 cup all-purpose flour & 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, and salt, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  2. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about a minute until it's smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
  4. Roll each piece out into a thin round shape.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden spots appear and the bread is fully cooked.

Notes

For a healthier version, use whole grain flour.
These naans can be made ahead and reheated on a skillet for a few seconds before serving.
Experiment with toppings like herbs or garlic for added flavor.
