  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 egg whites or 3 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325℉ and grease a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. In a stand mixer bowl or large bowl, combine the cake mix, flour, and sugar.
  3. Add in sour cream, milk, egg whites, melted butter, vanilla extract, and optional almond extract.
