Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine blueberries, banana, and yogurt. Puree until smooth, adding a bit of liquid if necessary.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a 1/4-inch space at the top.
  3. Cover molds with foil or a lid, and insert sticks into the center of each.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours or until solid.
  5. To serve, briefly dip the molds in warm water and gently pull on the stick to release the pops.

Notes

For a twist, add a splash of orange juice to the mixture for extra flavor.
Ensure all ingredients are well-blended for a smooth popsicle texture. Locate molds that are easy to release.
Adjust the sweetness by adding honey if desired.
