Description

These Eyeball Jello Shots combine the irresistible flavor of strawberry jello with a splash of vodka, topped with gummy eyeballs. Perfect for parties, they are easy to prepare and guaranteed to impress your guests!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ounces strawberry jell-o gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup vodka
  • 12 gummy eyeball candies

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the strawberry gelatin and boiling water. Whisk until fully dissolved.
  2. Stir in the cold water and vodka.
  3. Place 12 (2 ounce) jello shot cups on a rimmed tray to prevent spills. Pour the jello mixture into each cup, leaving ⅛ inch space at the top.
  4. Refrigerate the tray for 1 to 1 ½ hours, until the jello is partially set. Top each shot with a gummy eyeball candy.
  5. Return the tray to the refrigerator for an additional 1 ½ hours or overnight to firm up completely.
  6. Once set, place lids on the cups and store in the refrigerator until serving.

Notes

Use a larger bowl for mixing to avoid spills.
Ensure the jello shots are completely set before serving for the best texture.
These can be made a day ahead for convenience.
