- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 4 pounds bone-in skin on chicken thighs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Once cooked, uncover the chicken, turn on the broiler, and broil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to crisp the skin, watching closely to avoid burning.
