Description

This Green Goddess Dressing is all about vibrant flavors from fresh herbs and a creamy base. Mix up this easy dressing for salads or as a dip for veggies, and enjoy its fresh taste with every bite!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Process on high until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt & pepper as desired.
  4. Serve immediately, or chill for an hour or longer before serving.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.

Notes

This dressing pairs wonderfully with salads and fresh vegetables.
For a spicier kick, add more cayenne pepper or hot sauce according to taste.
Feel free to substitute herbs based on personal preference or availability.
